Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Customers must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplement containers
  • Used products
  • Tampered or unsealed packaging

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect product delivered by Bodytec.

Bodytec reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
